EVENT DESCRIPTION: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 10 A.M. – 1 P.M. A Main Street Wellington- Support Local Saturday themed event. Witches and Wizards of all ages are encouraged to dress up and wander around Wellington to enjoy many "spooky" specials, give-aways, crafts, games, and more around Wellington. Start your walk-about at Main Street Wellington at 118 West Herrick to get a full list of participating businesses. A few are listed below! LOOK FOR Support Local Saturday SIGNS! The basic event is FREE to walk around to shop and eat to enjoy specials, samples, freebies, sales, games, etc. at participating businesses. RAFFLE PRIZES!!! You get one ticket just for stopping into Main Street Wellington between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on October 21. Dress up as a witch or wizard and get an additional raffle ticket for a prize. For every $5 you spend in a Wellington store/restaurant you get a ticket(s) up to $200 or 40 tickets! Traveling Tarot Participants earn an additional 3 raffle tickets. There are 4 prizes to choose from. You will place your ticket(s) in the prize bucket of your choosing. A pair of tickets to the Sandusky Witches Walk on that evening plus a fun Halloween themed pen of the week set. Valued at $140 ** A lovely sign and glass sipping jar valued at $40 A bundle of fun books and a Tarot Deck valued at $120 A fun bat bucket, bat toy, and candy...very young witch/wizard friendly. $25 We will also be selling raffle tickets to up your chance of winning. They will be $1 each, 6 for $5, 14 for $10 and 30 for $20. The drawing will be at 1:15 p.m. **The winner of the Sandusky Witches Walk tickets are responsible for their transportation to and from the event that evening. We [and our partners] are not responsible for anything that occurs in or on your way to and from Sandusky Witches Walk, including any spells, transfigurations, hexes, etc. Except- we will take credit for any fun you have and would love that the winners share photos from the event. |
Add-on “Traveling Tarot”
If the participant would also like to take part in the “Traveling Tarot” event they will pay an $40 and walk around to ten different readers to get their tarot reading. It is a fun way to see downtown Wellington, get to experience a variety of readers, and get a full Tarot reading using the traditional "Celtic Cross" layout.
