Entry: Turn in a completed entry form [or online registration box below] and fee by October 5, 2025 to Main Street Wellington- 118 West Herrick Ave.
COST: There is a $5 charge per pot. Can be paid in cash/check.

RULES:
Do not move your assigned flowerpot.
Please try not to remove dirt
Secure the decorations firmly to withstand the elements.
Signs featuring the creators’ or sponsors’ name(s), may be attached.
Please do not attach items with anything that could damage the pot i.e. tape that peels off paint etc.
All decorations must be inside or attached to the pot- no extreme over flow onto the sidewalk area is permitted.
Please make it family friendly. We reserve the right to deny any display designed in vulgar or poor taste.

Locations: You will be assigned a flowerpot on a first come, first serve basis. You can request a specific space, but it is not guaranteed. Please decorate your flowerpot between September 23 and October 5, 2025. We recommend taking a photo of your freshly completed flowerpot and emailing to [email protected] The pots are out in the open, so please do not place anything in it that cannot be replaced.
Judging: A group of judges will decide the winners of Best Fall Display, and the Wellington Pride. People’s Choice will be whomever receives the most votes. The on-line voting on our website will be from October 13 through October 31. The winners will be announced, November 6. Winners will be contacted via phone.

Prizes will be in the form of gift cards from a Wellington business of the winner’s choice
Best Fall Display- can be silly, scary [but family friendly], happy, traditional, modern etc. $ 100 gift card
Wellington Pride – promote Wellington’s history, business, school, sports, organizations, etc. $50 gift card
People’s Choice- whomever receives the most votes - $25 gift card
Pick Up: If you have items that you wish to keep, please pick them up before November 7th. Or they may be disposed of.
