Main Street Wellington is controlled by a Board of Directors consisting of twelve to eighteen positions elected by members on rotating three year terms. Additionally, one representative is appointed by Village Council, one by Lorain County Community Development, and one appointed annually by a Village of Wellington non profit organization determined by the Board of Directors.

Board members typically begin in January and are a three year term. Occasionally, we have board members leave and spots open up throughout the year.
