With her bachelor’s degree and a background in sales and marketing, she brings a strong foundation of business strategy and client-focused service to everything she does. Before launching The Kove Collective full time, Malery built a successful career in the corporate world — experience that now shapes her approach to branding, customer experience, and overall business growth.
At The Kove Collective, she specializes in custom spray tans, professional teeth whitening, and permanent jewelry, all offered alongside a curated boutique selection. In addition to her work at The Kove, Malery also helps small businesses grow through social media strategy and marketing support. She is actively involved in the wedding industry as well, offering rentals, planning and day-of coordination for special events. Malery’s passion for effortless style, confidence-boosting services, and authentic connection is at the heart of the business she’s built.
Erika Hartvickson
Co-Owner / Managing Partner Triple Fox LLC Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, and Administration Erika Hartvickson is an accomplished business leader with a proven history of driving operational excellence and delivering sustainable growth in both the commercial real estate and hospitality industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Economics from the University of Oregon and has spent nearly 15 years as the Chief Operations Officer of a highly successful commercial real estate company. She currently oversees the remote operations of five businesses in Portland, Oregon, including residential and commercial property management, building maintenance, and a union stationary engineer department. In addition to her work in real estate, Erika is the co-owner and operator of The Fox Den, a multi-concept business featuring a diner, bar, and drive-thru. She led the acquisition of the property and businesses, transforming them into a profitable, community-centered operation. Erika manages all back-of-house functions, including payroll, accounting, vendor management, and financial controls—ensuring both daily operational efficiency and long-term asset growth. Her career is rooted in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization. Erika’s expertise spans real estate management, hospitality operations, human resources, and procedural development. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have positioned her businesses as leaders in their respective industries.
Sarah Papesh is a resident and business owner in Wellington. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and certified trauma professional. With her husband, Paul, she co-owns and operates a small private practice, New Care Behavioral Health, based in Wellington, serving the rural community. She additionally serves as a member of the Wellington LINC Board. As a small business owner, she understands the difficulty in managing multiple roles and maintaining work and life balance.
