Roxanne Kaufman Elliott is Founder and President of ProLaureate (prō lor ē ette) Ltd, a firm dedicated to helping people and organizations fulfill their potential through transformational leadership.
She is an i3® Leadership Master; Professional Speaker and author; a Board and Executive Committee Member of the Counsel of Smaller Enterprises (COSE); a Board member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership; Chair of Leadership Lorain County; Board member of the Woman of Power Conference; Board Member of Margeau’s Free to be Project; a Professional Member of the National Speaker Association; and is active in other local and national professional development organizations.
Her new book, “Never Wear Red – A Leadership Love Story” will be published later this year. She loves to play golf and swim; and is devoted to George and Daisy – her husband and beagle respectively.

She currently is the owner of several small business’s, MoneySavingvacations.com a global travel agency, MLG Marketing, a marketing consultant and coaching company and her newest start-up Firehouse Grilling Co, which is an event based catering company that specializes in firehouse food- all healthy, natural and delicious- of course.
When she is not trying to save the world, she is a wife to her Firefighter hubby of 23 years and mom to 3 teenage daughters. She is a life long resistant of Lorain County and just recently moved out to the Country (Rochester TWP). In her free time, yeah right! She enjoys traveling, camping, bargain hunting and repurposing clothes to sell at craft shows.
Cathie Leimbach is a leadership development expert with an emphasis on building healthy, cohesive board and staff teams. She serves organizations across the United States and Canada. . As President and Senior Consultant at Agon Leadership, she specializes in board governance, leadership team building, staff engagement, and strategic planning. Cathie has served on and chaired a diversity of boards and experienced both the pain of a toxic workplace and the joy of a Best Places to Work organization. She is recognized as an outstanding facilitator who engages board and management team members in understanding foundational principles and exploring new ideas for enhanced retention and application.
Marilee MacAskill has been a training consultant with Dale Carnegie Training since 1995. She is a certified instructor for the Dale Carnegie Course and the Advanced High Impact Presentations Program. She holds two international sales awards from Dale Carnegie & Associates, and is regularly among the top in sales in Ohio for the company.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Dale Carnegie staff in 1995, MacAskill was Vice President, Account Supervisor for Griswold Eshleman Advertising & Public Relations in Cleveland. She handles such accounts as the Royal Dirt Devil Vacuums, Anchor Hocking glass, and American Harvest.

Marliee has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University (1986). She resides in Bay Village with her family, and is involved as a member at Bay Presbyterian Church and as a board member for Youth for Christ of Greater Cleveland, the Christian Business Women's Connection, the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, and an associate board member for Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland.

Pilot in the U.S. Air Force for five plus years; flew over 400 KC-135 missions in Europe, the Atlantic, the Pacific, Southeast Asia, Canada, Greenland and throughout The United States; attained the rank of Captain.
Al and Sally, his wife of 51 years, have four grown children: Julie, a Wittenberg University graduate; Alan, a graduate of Purdue University; Keith, a graduate of Quincy University; and Stacy, a Kenyon College graduate. Al and Sally also have eleven grandchildren.
Al has essentially been in sales on straight commission since leaving the Air Force. His career has included sales, sales management and administration in several industries as well as ownership of several successful businesses. Since 1987, when Al founded the firm, he has been the senior trainer and coach at Sales Concepts, Inc. In this role Al has been instrumental in helping thousands of negotiators and sales professionals improve their businesses through training, coaching and consulting on ways to do more paid business at much higher profits, in far less time.
