Why is Jim offering this?
Jim currently owns several buildings in downtown Wellington. He used to also be a Wellington retailer, along with his father and brother, who opened Farm and Home Hardware in 1960. His nephew, Scott Jerousek currently owns the business.
Jim wants to see downtown Wellington restored to what it has been in the past. He also understands how challenging it can be to budget money towards building renovations.
Thank you Jim for caring about Wellington and your generous offer.
