    Rules and Information
    1. All entries must include a written recipe for Macaroni & Cheese.
    2. An individual may enter more than one category with separate Macaroni & Cheese.
    3. It is the responsibility of Bake Off participant to keep product properly heated.
    4. The same Macaroni & Cheese may be entered in only one category.
    5. The participant should bring the Macaroni & Cheese  to Stage 2 between 1:30 p.m.- 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 17 for judging.
    6. Categories- Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Macaroni & Cheese with different pasta shapes,  Macaroni & Cheese with exotic cheeses,  Special Category (Children 12 and under)
    7. The Macaroni & Cheese will be judged based on flavor, texture, and overall appearance by a panel.  All judges’ decisions are final. 
    8. Winners of the 2008, 2009 & 2010 Macaroni & Cheese Bake-off can not submit previous winning entry in 2011.
