    1st Prize- Ribbon and $50
    2nd Prize- Ribbon and $35
    3rd Prize- Ribbon and $20

    		 Special Awards-
    Jan Querin Memorial Award for Best of Show Cheesecake – $250 Prize, Ribbon and name placed on Memorial Plaque
    Award for most unusual cheesecake- $50 & Ribbon
    Ribbons for all participants.
    Rules and Information
    1. All entries must include a written recipe for cheesecake.
    2. An individual may enter more than one category with separate cheesecakes.
    3. It is the responsibility of Bake Off participant to keep product properly refrigerated.
    4. The same cheesecake may be entered in only one category.
    5. The participant should bring the cheesecake to Stage 2 between 11:15 a.m.- 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 16 for judging.
    6. Cheesecakes will become the property of Main Street Wellington and will be auctioned off at 4:00 p.m. with proceeds given to Main Street Wellington for community projects. Please do not place entries on plates that must be returned.
    7. Categories- Plain cheesecake includes no favor topping.  The filling of the No Bake cheesecake cannot be baked and can be any flavor.  Cheesecakes may not be in the form of a cheese ball.
    8. The cheesecakes will be judged based on flavor, texture, and overall appearance by a panel.  All judges’ decisions are final
    9. Previous winners (1st Place) 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 2008 2009 and 2010 may not enter the same cheesecake in the 2011 Cheesecake Contest.
